Can we cancel our registration at any point in time?
Yes, you can cancel within 30 days prior written notice.
How long is the class term or class commitment?
Some of our class terms run for 6 weeks, while others are a monthly ongoing commitment. Cancellation is available for both types of classes as long as you provide prior written notice.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! We offer one FREE class to any new student that has been referred to us by an existing TCC student. So please invite your friends or family members to try a TCC class for free, on us! Please contact us to receive a special discount code to be applied at registration.
Are TCC instructors First Aid certified?
Our TCC instructors either have First Aid certification or are in the process of getting certified. As such, we ensure a certified personnel is always present on premise in case of an emergency.
Are students allowed to pause their lessons?
Unfortunately, we cannot pause lessons for any duration of time. However, you can cancel your enrolment with 30 day prior written notice, and then re-enrol at a late date, at no extra cost.
Are makeup classes permitted?
We understand that illness or vacations come up. We allow one makeup class token per month, which can be applied to the same class or a new class.Makeup tokens need to be utilized within 30 days of the missed class and cannot be accumulated over time. Please contact us for special circumstances, as we understand life happens.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes we do! We offer a 10% sibling discount for each additional sibling that is registered in one of our programs.
What qualifications do your instructors have?
We pride ourselves in providing high quality programs for our students. In order to achieve this, we ensure we hire and work with highly qualified professionals in their field who can bring their experience and expertise to each class they teach.
Can students register at any time in the term (ie. mid-month or mid-term)?
Pending availability in the class, students can register at any point in the term, and the rate will be prorated.
