The Creative Child is thrilled to bring to Cedarvale Community School a unique and engaging after-school program.
Let TCC expand your child’s creativity through this unique after-school program, set in our inviting, spacious and fun studio, just minutes away from the school.
The Creative Child is your local hub where we enrich your child’s creative potential.
From martial arts to visual arts, performance arts, yoga or culinary arts, we will spark their inner creativity.
Program Overview
How will the students transition from Cedarvale school to The Creative Child?
We will pick up all students enrolled in our after-school program right from Cedarvale school promptly at their dismissal time, and we will walk with them to TCC.(approximately a 10 min walk).**
When does the after-school program end?
The after-school program ends at 5:30pm, or at the end of the class they’re taking part in.
(Refer to the example schedules below).

Example Schedule 1 3:15-5:30pm
3:15-3:30pm Pick Up at Cedarvale
3:30-4:00pm Walk to the studio, wash hands and have a snack
4:00-4:45pm Selected arts class (cooking, art, karate, dance)
4:45-5:30pm Supervised free play time & colouring
5:30 Parent / Caregiver pick up at the studio

After-Care Program Costs
Spring Term Tuition
$240 + HST: 10-Week Spring Term Program - April to June
$80 + HST: 10-Week After School Pick Up Add on - Tuesday - Thursday ($8 / day)
$216 + HST: 9-Week Spring Term Program - April to June Mondays
$72 + HST: 9-Week After School Pick Up Add on - Monday ($8/day)
No class on Monday April 21st - Easter Monday
No class on Monday May 19th - Victoria Day
No class on Thursday June 5th - Cedarvale Spring Fair
*Please note we require a minimum of 5 children to run the after school program each day .
*There are no refunds for any missed classes at this time
**All TCC instructors are adults with up to date vulnerable sector checks and are CPR/First Aid trained

At Studio TCC, we can accommodate LARGE birthday parties, so your child doesn’t have to choose between his or her 30 best friends.
We can also come to you with our Mobile Birthday Party option!
